Butler
The Butler is the command center of the estate — the quiet authority who ensures the household moves as one seamless instrument. This is leadership through anticipation, not command. The Butler holds the full map of people, preferences, timing, and atmosphere so that the principal and guests experience only ease, beauty, and rare air. The role fuses classic major-domo craft with modern private-service intelligence: staff orchestration, guest reception, event choreography, inventory integrity, and absolute discretion.

Valet
Tend the person, the wardrobe, and the space to couture standard. Anticipate needs before they are voiced. Integrate with the household while protecting the principal's private rhythm. Reverence for the human form; agency always with the one being served. Always be calm — your stillness sets the room. Arrive before you are called. Serve unseen: felt, never watched. Upright posture, impeccable grooming, refined language.

Server
The Server is the living face of Nøgen hospitality — the artist who turns food, drink, and presence into an experience that nourishes both body and soul. This role is pure front-of-house artistry: timing, grace, silent coordination, and the ability to make every guest feel seen without ever becoming the center of attention. Flawless execution of service is the baseline; the elevation of how that service feels is the standard.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is the guardian of the estate’s atmosphere and physical integrity. This is the science and art of creating an oasis of calm, cleanliness, and comfort that feels like a five-star sanctuary rather than a cleaned space. The Housekeeper works in zones and rituals, treating every surface, textile, and scent as part of a living work of art that must remain effortless for the principal and guests.
