RESPONSIBILITIES & STANDARDS
Grooming
Execute the full shaving protocol: hot towel, pre-shave oil, brush-applied cream, aftershave balm, cold towel
Manage hair and nail care with preferred stylists; keep tools ready for in-house touch-ups
Dressing & Wardrobe
Review the day's schedule; select and lay out a complete, pressed ensemble — undergarments to accessories
Catalog the wardrobe like a luxury boutique; perform a "first look" inspection on every new garment
Revive every item after travel: shoes on cedar trees, suits steamed, shirts laundered
The Bathing Ritual
Warm the bathroom and set water to the preferred temperature before the principal enters
Stage towels, robe, and bath mat with specified products — the transition from water to warmth is seamless
Car Attendant
Prepare the vehicle: immaculate interior, climate pre-set, stocked with preferred beverages, route confirmed
Greet guests by name, open doors, assist with entry, and handle luggage and personal items
