A PRINCIPLE OF SERVICE
"Your attention to detail must be second to none — because when you take care of a space, the space takes care of you."
RESPONSIBILITIES & STANDARDS
Systematic Cleaning
Observe and prepare: survey the space, build the right cleaning kit, and clear obstacles first
Work top-to-bottom, edge-to-edge, dry-to-wet — fixtures and dust before glass, floors always last
Check yourself: step away, reset your eyes, and re-inspect against the standard
Closet & Laundry Care
ALWAYS check care labels; sort by color and fabric; use specified detergents and settings
Iron inside out with a pressing cloth for delicates; steam garments vertically
Hang from the bottom up, align shoulder seams, button buttons, zip zippers
Opening the House
Open blinds and turn on designated lights — signal that it's time to rise
Make beds, reset rooms, start laundry, unload the dishwasher, prepare coffee and tea service
Closing the House
Run the dishwasher, reset kitchen surfaces, empty trash, and replace towels
Close blinds, dim lights, lock all doors, and secure the estate — creating an environment of calm and rest
